Seriously, where did winter come from?! As Winnipeggers, we should be used to dealing with the cold... but we always seem to forget how chilly it actually gets. Instead of hiding indoors and reminiscing about summer, let’s embrace winter by getting you prepared! The first thing you need to sort out is your parka situation. This is not the kind of place where a cute wool peacoat will get you through to spring, but that doesn’t mean you have to completely forgo style either.
